La Redoute

Me and my partner ate at the Reduttchen (the lovely restaurant belonging to the La Redoute)a few days ago. I, as a head chef myself, was very impressed and would highly recommend this establishment.The food was not only beautifully presented but was exquisite in taste and the meat (I had lamb chops) was cooked perfectly pink.

The waiter service was extremely professional too and our waiters had excellent knowledge of the food and wine and recommeded which wine to drink with which dish.

The ambiance was also very unique and the mixture of cosy country style just with a touch of modern was perfectly balanced.

And, an all around wonderful evening out was finished with the waiters recommondation of the highly unusual but suprisingly tasty local asparagus grappa...Do try it if you get the chance!!!

Definitly a highly recommended restaurant for a fantastic night out!
